1. Introduction
Here's the plan. First, we'll grab a special link — called a webhook — from your agent platform. Then we'll paste it into ClickFunnels. Once they're linked, lead data flows over automatically, every single time.

2. Access Lead Intel Section
Let's start in your dashboard. On the left sidebar, click "Lead Intel." This is your built-in CRM, and the home base for connecting outside platforms.

3. Open Platform Connection
Along the top, click the "Connect Your Platform" tab. You'll see a quick overview of how leads travel from your form, through the webhook, and straight to your AI agent.

4. Select Clickfunnels Funnel
First, pick the funnel connection you set up earlier. Open the dropdown and choose it — here it's "Clickfunnels Book Lead Magnet." Each connection has its own unique link.

5. Copy Funnel URL
Now click "Copy URL." This copies your unique webhook link to your clipboard. We'll paste it into ClickFunnels in just a moment, so keep it handy.

6. Navigate To ClickFunnels
Scroll down to "Choose Your Platform" and click the ClickFunnels tile. This tells the dashboard which platform you're using, and it reveals the exact steps for ClickFunnels next.

7. Open Funnel Settings
A step-by-step checklist appears, made just for ClickFunnels. Take a quick look — it walks you through opening your funnel settings, finding Webhooks, and pasting your link. We'll do exactly that now.

8. Switch Workspace
Now switch over to ClickFunnels and open your workspace — the one that holds the funnel you want to connect. This is where we'll add the webhook.

9. Open Workspace Settings
Down in the bottom-left corner, click "Workspace Settings." Webhooks live in your workspace settings — not inside any one funnel.

10. Access Webhooks Section
In the settings menu on the left, scroll down and click "Webhooks." This is where ClickFunnels lists every outgoing connection to your other tools.

11. Add New Endpoint
You'll see any existing webhooks listed here. Click the "Add new endpoint" button to create a fresh one for your agent.

12. Name Endpoint
Give your new endpoint a clear name so you'll recognize it later. Something like "Agent Automation" works perfectly. This label is just for you.

13. Enter Webhook URL
In the URL field, paste the webhook link you copied earlier. This is the exact address ClickFunnels will send your lead data to. Make sure the whole link pastes in.

14. Select Event Type
Next, choose which event triggers the webhook. Open the Event Types menu and pick "contact dot created." That fires every time a brand-new lead is captured.

15. Choose Funnel Template
Under "Endpoint scopes," open the Funnels list and pick the funnel you want to connect. This makes sure only leads from that specific funnel get sent over.

16. Open Pages List
Right below that, open the Pages field. Choose the page that captures your leads — usually your registration or opt-in page. Now only that page will trigger the webhook.

17. Create Webhook Endpoint
Everything's set. Click "Create endpoint" to save it and switch the connection on. That's the live link between ClickFunnels and your agent, done.

And you're connected! From now on, every lead who fills out that funnel gets picked up and followed up automatically — a call, an email, or both. Set it once, and let your agent do the chasing. See you in the next one.
