Connect Google Account And Integrate In Nexaera
Want your AI agent to learn from your private YouTube videos — the unlisted ones, the members-only content, the stuff that isn't public? You can connect your Google account to NexaEra in about a minute and unlock all of it. Here's exactly how.

1. Introduction
Quick heads-up before we start — your agent can already pull transcripts from any public YouTube video without this step. This connection is specifically for videos that Google won't let just anyone see — private uploads, unlisted clips, or members-only channel content. If that's the kind of video library you want your agent learning from, this is the setup for you.

2. Access Integrations Section
From your NexaEra dashboard, click "Integrations" in the left sidebar. This is your hub for connecting any outside service to your agents.

3. Initiate Google Account Connection
Scroll down past Gmail and Custom Email until you see the card called "YouTube — Sign in with Google." Take a quick read of the note underneath — it confirms that public videos already work without this. We're connecting because we want access to the private ones. Click "Connect Google Account" at the bottom of that card.

4. Select Google User Account
Google pops up a sign-in window showing the accounts you're currently signed into. Click the Google account that owns the YouTube channel you want to give your agent access to.

5. Choose YouTube Service
Now Google asks which YouTube channel to connect. If you only have one, this just shows your main account. But if you manage multiple channels through brand accounts — like one for your business and one for your personal content — you'll see them all listed here. Pick the channel that holds the videos your agent needs to read.

6. Confirm Continuation
Google shows a quick confirmation screen — this is just NexaEra asking for basic info to identify the account. Nothing scary here. Click "Continue" to keep going.

7. Enter Confirmation Text
Heads-up — you might see a yellow warning at the top saying "This app hasn't been verified by Google." Don't panic. That warning shows up because NexaEra is requesting a sensitive YouTube permission, and Google flags every app that asks for it, verified or not. It's not a sign anything's wrong. Below the warning, you'll see the permissions screen. Check the "Select all" box at the top — that turns on both YouTube permissions your agent needs to read transcripts.

8. Complete Google Sign-In
Scroll to the bottom and click "Continue." That sends you right back to NexaEra and locks in the connection.

And you're connected. Any agent in your workspace can now pull transcripts from your private and members-only YouTube videos — perfect for training agents on premium course content, internal video documentation, or any video library that isn't open to the public. In the next video, I'll show you how to actually use these private videos as a knowledge source for your agent. See you there.
