Configure Support & Refunds Assistant in NexaEra Dashboard
"You've built your agent. Now let's get it in front of real customers. The Delivery tab is where your agent goes live — a shareable chat page, your own branding and domain, an embed for your website, and a floating chat bubble. In this walkthrough, I'll take you through all of it, from switching on the chat page to copying the code that puts your agent on any site."

1. Introduction
"Here's what you'll be able to do by the end: enable a hosted chat page, brand it as your own, embed it in your website, add a floating widget, and connect email — everything you need to actually put your agent to work."

2. Access All Agents Section
"Start by clicking 'All Agents' in the left menu. This opens the list of every agent in your workspace."

3. Open Support & Refunds Assistant
"Click the agent you want to deploy — here it's the Support & Refunds Assistant. Select an existing agent, or create a new one if you're starting fresh."

4. Select Delivery Agent
"Along the top of the agent editor, click the 'Delivery' tab. This is where you embed your agent on any website or share a direct chat link with your clients. You'll see two groups: Web Channels and Social Channels."

5. Enable Chat Page Feature
"First up is the Hosted Chat Page — a shareable URL where anyone can chat with your agent. Click 'Enable Chat Page' to switch it on. This is the foundation, so start here; a few other options depend on it."

6. Open Chat Page URL
"The moment it's live, your unique chat page URL appears right here. This is the direct link to your agent — you can send it to clients, drop it in an email, or share it anywhere you like."

7. Access Chat Page Link
"Click the copy icon next to the URL to grab it in one click. You'll see a 'Copied to clipboard' confirmation, and it's ready to paste wherever you need it."

8. Open Additional Chat Options
"Right beside that, click the open-in-new-tab icon to launch your chat page live. This is the fastest way to see exactly what your customers will see."

9. Select Client Brand URL
"Want it on your own brand instead of a NexaEra URL? Under 'Custom Domain,' enter something like support.clientbrand.com and click Connect. Now your agent lives on your domain — perfect for white-labeling to clients."

10. Choose AI Assistant Agent
"Scroll to 'Standalone Custom Domain Branding' and click the 'App / Page Title' field. This is the name that shows up in browser tabs and share previews, so make it clear and on-brand."

11. Edit SEO Meta Description
"Just below, click the Description box and add a short summary. This one field does triple duty — it powers your Safari share preview, the 'Add to Home Screen' text, and your SEO meta tags."

12. Upload Share Image
"Click 'Upload Share Image' to add the picture that appears whenever your link gets shared. This is what people see on social media and in link previews, so pick something that represents your brand well."

13. Save Branding Settings
"Click 'Save Standalone Branding' to lock in your title, description, and image. You'll see a confirmation that your custom domain branding was saved."

14. Upload App Icon
"Next, click 'Upload App Icon.' This is the icon that shows up in browser tabs and on mobile home screens when someone installs your chat page. A 512-by-512 PNG works best."

15. Add Footer Link
"Now let's handle the legal side. Under 'Page Footer,' click '+ Add Link' to add links like your Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. Just enter a label and a URL — they'll appear at the bottom of your chat page."

16. Edit Disclaimer Text
"Click the 'Footer Disclaimer' box and add your legal text — something like 'This AI assistant is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.' This is especially useful for ad compliance and regulated industries."

17. Save Footer Settings
"Click 'Save Footer Settings' to apply your links and disclaimer. Your chat page footer is now set."

18. Add Tracking Pixel
"Scroll to 'Tracking & Pixels for this agent' and click '+ Add Pixel.' You can add Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any custom script — so you can track ads and conversions per agent."

19. Set Height to 500px
"Now let's embed the chat inside a webpage. In the 'Iframe Embed' section, set your Width and Height. Open the Height dropdown and choose what fits your layout — 500px works well, though 600px is the recommended default."

20. Edit Chat Iframe Code
"Below that, pick your horizontal position — Left, Center, or Right. Turn on the Neon Glow Effect for a glowing border and pick your glow color. There's also a Dark / Light Mode Toggle so visitors can switch themes inside the chat box. Your embed code updates automatically as you go."

21. Open Iframe Options
"Once it looks right, click the copy icon on the Embed Code box. Paste that snippet into your webpage and your agent appears right inside the page."

22. View Live Preview
"Before you ship it, click 'Live Preview.' This shows exactly how the embedded chat will look and behave on your site."

23. Access Preview Settings
"Take a look at the preview panel. You'll see your agent's name, the Chat and Call buttons, and your suggested questions — like 'Where is my order?' or 'I want a refund for my order.' If something looks off, tweak the settings above and preview again."

24. Enable Widget First Option
"Next is the Trigger Link — it turns any text or button on your site into a chat opener. It shares a deployment token with the chat widget, so click 'Enable Widget First' to activate it."

25. Choose Chat Appearance
"Now choose how the chat appears: 'Popup Modal' opens a centered dialog, 'Slide-in Panel' comes in from the right, and 'Expand Below' opens under the text. Then set your trigger text — like 'Chat with us' — pick a link color, and choose Light, Dark, or Auto for the theme."

26. Open Widget Designer
"Scroll to the 'Embeddable Chat Widget' — the animated floating bubble for your site. In the Widget Designer, pick your style: Classic Pulse for a simple button with a pulse ring, Avatar Glow to float your image with wave rings, Hero Card for a full card with CTA buttons, Chat Bubble for a greeting notification, or Glass Morph for a frosted-glass look."

27. View Live Widget Preview
"Add your social links and neon color, turn on the 'Let's talk' voice button if you want visitors to call in, then click 'Live Preview' to test how the widget looks and behaves. Copy the embed code when you're happy — it's one script tag on any site."

28. Select Email Channel
"Last channel: click 'Email Channel — Gmail Account.' Assign a connected Gmail account here and your agent can send and receive emails, handling conversations right from the inbox."

29. Update Agent Settings
"Finally, click the 'Update' button in the top right. This applies every change you've made and pushes your agent live across all the channels you set up."

"And that's your agent fully deployed. You've got a branded chat page on your own domain, an embed for your website, a floating widget, and email — all live and ready for customers. Take a minute to check the live preview and test your email connection, and you're officially in business. Really nice work."
