Configure Product Settings for Agents in NexaEra Dashboard

"What if your support agent could actually sell? Not just answer questions — recommend products, run checkout, and take payment without the customer ever leaving the chat. That's Zero-Click Shopping. In this walkthrough, I'll show you how to switch it on and load up your product catalog."

1. Introduction

"Here's what you'll be able to do by the end: enable shopping for your agent, connect your payment credentials, import your products from Shopify, and choose exactly which ones your agent can offer."

Introduction

2. Access All Agents List

"Start by clicking 'All Agents' in the left menu. This opens the complete list of agents in your workspace."

3. Select Refunds & Order Support Bot

"Click the agent you want to set up for selling — here it's the Refunds & Order Support Bot. Pick an existing agent, or create a new one if you're starting fresh."

4. Navigate to Products Section

"Along the top of the agent editor, click 'Products.' This is where you manage everything your agent can sell and how it takes payment."

Navigate to Products Section

5. Enable Shopping Feature

"At the top, flip the 'Shopping enabled' toggle. This is the master switch — it lets your agent recommend products, run checkout, and process payments right inside conversations. Once it's on, you'll see exactly what your agent can now do: show product cards in chat, add items to a cart, accept Stripe checkout, issue receipts, and even be discoverable in ChatGPT and Perplexity via the ACP feed."

Enable Shopping Feature

6. Access Credentials Settings

"Now check the 'Credentials Required' section. You'll want 'Stripe account connected' showing green — that's what charges buyers and pays you out. Make sure 'Stripe charges enabled' is complete too, which means your business details and bank account are verified. Crypto payments and an Agent Gateway API key are both optional, and you only need that gateway key if external agents like ChatGPT will hit your checkout directly."

7. Synchronize Agent Settings

"Scroll to 'Zero-Click Shopping' and click 'Sync.' This pulls in the latest from your connected store listing, so your agent is always working with current products and prices."

8. Import Products from Shopify

"Right next to it, click 'Import from Shopify.' This brings your Shopify catalog straight into the agent — names, descriptions, and prices all come across automatically. No manual entry."

9. Add New Product

"Selling something that isn't in Shopify? Click '+ Add Product' to create an entry from scratch. This works great for digital downloads, consultations, or services."

Add New Product

10. Activate Credentials Requirement

"Just below, you'll find 'Accept Crypto Payments.' Toggle it on if you want customers to pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, or USDT through Coinbase Commerce. Leave it off if card payments are all you need."

Activate Credentials Requirement

11. Enable Product Feature One

"Here's the part people miss. Every product has its own toggle showing 'Not assigned.' Flip that switch on each product you want this agent to offer, and it changes to 'Assigned to agent.' Importing a product doesn't automatically make it sellable — you have to assign it."

Enable Product Feature One

12. Update Product Configuration

"Finally, click the 'Update' button in the top right to save everything and push it live to your agent."

Update Product Configuration

"And that's it — your support agent just became a storefront. It can recommend the right product, take payment, and send a receipt, all inside the conversation. Every chat is now a chance to make a sale. Really nicely done."
