Configure API Integration In Rime

"Rime is built for low-latency, lifelike text-to-speech, and your API token is what tells Rime that voice requests are coming from you. Once you have it, you can use it in any app or workflow that talks to the Rime API. Here's the cool part — Rime gives you a default token the moment you sign up, so we don't even need to create one from scratch."

Go to app.rime.ai

1. Switch To Rime Dashboard

"First, head over to app.rime.ai and sign in to your account. You'll land on the 'Get Started with Rime' dashboard — this is your home base for everything voice-related."

2. Navigate To API Tokens

"Look at the left sidebar and scroll down to the 'Settings' section. Click 'API Tokens.' This is where Rime lets you view and manage every token on your account."

3. Access API Key Creation

"And there it is — Rime has already generated a default API token for you. Just click the little copy icon next to the masked key to grab the full token. Paste it somewhere safe right away — a password manager is perfect." "While you're here, take a quick look at the notice up top. Rime has two regional endpoints — users-west.rime.ai and users-east.rime.ai. Use whichever one is closer to where your app is deployed. Picking the right one shaves real latency off every voice request."

"And that's a wrap — you've got your Rime API token, copied it, and you even know which endpoint to point your app at. You're ready to start building with some seriously good AI voices. Happy shipping, and I'll catch you in the next one."
