How to enable voice input for Freddie

2. Access User Profile

"Start on your dashboard and click Freddie in the left menu. His panel opens right up, with his greeting: 'I know everything about your portal — ask me anything.'"

"At the top of the Freddie panel, click the voice icon — the little speaker or microphone symbol. That turns on voice input, so now you can simply speak your question and Freddie will pick it up and respond."
