Configure Open API Integration
This key lets your platform tap directly into your OpenAI account to run the AI models behind your agents. Two quick heads-ups before we start. First, OpenAI shows you the key only once, so we'll copy it the second it appears. And second — make sure your OpenAI account has billing or credits set up, or the key won't actually work once it's connected.

Go to platform.openai.com
1. Switch To OpenAI Website
Switch to the "platform.openai.com" tab to manage your OpenAI API keys.Head to platform.openai.com and sign in. Then, in the left sidebar under "Manage," click "API keys." This is where every key for your account lives.

2. Create New Secret Key
In the top-right corner, click "Create new secret key." A small dialog will pop up where we'll set it up.

3. Select Test Key
Click into the "Name" field and give your key a label you'll recognize later — something like the name of the platform you're connecting it to. Leave the rest of the settings as they are — "All" permissions is exactly what you want here.

4. Finalize Key Creation
Once it's named, click "Create secret key" at the bottom. OpenAI generates it instantly.

5. Copy API Key
Here's the step everyone forgets. This dialog shows your brand-new key, and read that warning carefully — you won't be able to see it again after you close this window. So right now, before anything else, click "Copy."

And that's it — your OpenAI key is created and copied. Head back to wherever you're connecting it, paste it into the API key field, and save. Just remember to keep some credits on your OpenAI account so your agents keep running smoothly. See you in the next one.
